Waukegan, Illinois (October 16, 2014) Telefonix®, Inc., a leading developer of cord reel technology and manufacturer of the PowerPost® commercial electric vehicle (EV) charging station product line, is sponsoring and attending Odyssey Alternative Fuel Day and the Colorado Clean Cities Statewide Meeting on October 17 in Windsor, Colorado.
The combined events are dedicated to promoting the use of alternative fuel vehicles (AFV) and are coordinated by the Colorado Clean Cities Coalition, and National Alternative Fuels Training Consortium (NAFTC) in partnership with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE). Odyssey Alternative Fuel Day will provide information on government alternative energy programs and legislation. Breakout sessions and feature panels that focus on topics for alternative fuel transportation will also occur throughout the day.
Bill Williams, of Telefonix, will speak at the event on electric vehicle charging. His presentation will focus on best practices and EV charging solutions for fleets and the increasing adoption of electric vehicles by the general public at workplaces and airports.
